Their customer service is second to zero. I really hope that this takeover pushes them into the realm of proper business activities! They are the worst company I've ever dealt with; pretty much run by a kid from his bedroom in his mum's house!0

I wholeheartedly agree. I moved into rented accommodation and they were the existing supplier so I was a customer for three years. The online message form is a shambles and if you do need to speak to someone, you are very lucky if you get through to anyone in 30 minutes in the "call centre". I have given up trying to get a refund for the credit on my account when I left them.
On the plus side, my new supplier is brilliant in comparison!0
