Impossible to access Credit Club

Hi,
It seems that because Experian cannot math my 100% data I cannot access the credit club. This is bizarre . I happen to know my credit rate is close to perfect, I was joining to see how it works in order to help someone else. Now I'm wondering what on earth experion are holding because it certainly can't be true off they are trying to match the 100% correct data I entered .
Must be a better way
