Car front wing dented - door now catching on wing. Advice please?

I crunched into an out-of-view post whilst swinging out of a parking space  the front wing is dented and it's shunted it backwards very slightly and caused the leading edge of the door to catch on the front wing when opened.

How am I best going about rectifying it? I don't really care about the dent as the car is old and I've no intentions to sell, but I want to sort the door catching issue. It makes quite a loud sound and my husband has already been accused of opening the door onto another car when the other driver heard the sound.

  • If you're really not bothered about it, bend the edge of the wing in with a screwdriver or pliers so it doesn't catch. Job done.

As above, bend it out so it doesnt catch with either a large screwdriver for leverage, pliers or pipe grips

Also put on some "P" plates.
Other drivers will think you are so bad, they'll leave you plenty of room in car parks.
