More Viagogo woes

Afternoon everyone. I'm looking for some advice -
Brief back strory - a year ago I tried to sell some tickets to a comedy show on Viagogo. These I sold privatley to a friend, but for some reason I couldn't cancel them from my Viagogo account as they were not visable, so I sent them an email stating not to sell the tickets - they are no longer for sale.
A day or so later I then got an email from Viagogo to say the tickets had been sold. Needless to say I flipped my lid, got in contact with them and explained the situation (which was many phonecalls - a lot of time wasted) and as far as I knew the situation was resolved. They were to contact the buyer, tell them they were not available etc etc.
As far as I was concerned that was it - done. I heard no more about it - life goes on.
That is until I sold some tickets on there a couple of weeks ago. I got my final confirmation email through saying that money would be put in to my bank but then there was a charge on there for £43.56 for the comedy tickets!
I've logged on to my account, and it says the sale was cancelled on these. I've not had any email or anything with regards to this £43.56 - ever.
I've emailed two customer services email addresses that I have, and I've left a message on Facebook but of course - no one has go back to me.
The phone number they provide gets me so far and then I get "we can't help you" - click.
I'm thinking small claims court if I don't hear back. Has anyone got any other contact details for them or any advice on what my next step should be?
Thank in advance

There's a contact address on that link and below.
Also, from their T&Cs:7.4 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Swiss laws. You consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of Swiss courts. viagogo AG is registered in Switzerland, Company No. CH-270.3.014.628-0 with the registered address: viagogo AG, Rue de Lyon 109, 1203 Geneva, Switzerland0 -
You may have to chalk this down to experience. Sadly viagogo are modern day touts. They must be one of the most complained about companies on here.
Keep badgering them but unless you are familiar with the Swiss small claims system you may struggle.0
