Watch for missing Amex cash back

My annual Amex cash back of £144 disappeared from my cashback balance on Jun 6th - but never got credited to my account.

Amex customer services says this is a 'glitch' they're working on.:mad:

"I would like to inform you that we are still investigating the matter as it is a technical glitch. I assure you that you will receive the same on your account."

Worth checking statements if yours is due!

Yes, the same thing happened to me, the cashback rebate showed in the cashback enter on 14th June, but failed to show up on the June statement.

I phoned Monday and was told the same thing - it's disappointing this still hasn't been credited. In my cash this is a 4 figure rebate as well..... :eek:

Mine vanished for a couple of days but now has shown up as credit to the account.
