Yay for me! FOS just called to say that my old bank has agreed to refund my bank fees!

Over the moon as that is money back in my pockets and food on our table!

Hmmm...maybe I wasn't clear first up. This was a packaged account claim that the bank had first turned down and the FOS over turned (because at the time as a staff member i HAD to have a bank account for my salary to be paid in to and I was not given any other option other than a paid account).

So, happy days...the family gets to eat for another week
