Magic Expandable Hose- 12 month Guarantees

The price of the Magic Expandable hoses vary greatly in price. Presumably the more expensive one are meant to be stronger.Some on E Bay are well under £10 whilst some garden centre they are £25 plus. I have heard some hoses of this type come with a 12 month guarantee which in view of their reported life span is important. Does anyone know which brands offer a 12 month guarantee.

In my experience these expandable hoses are next to useless.
The inside of the hose is made from a rubber like material & after a few months in the sun the inner rubber perishes & the hose leaks.
If you are going to buy one make sure you keep the guarantee & your receipt.

Dont waste your hard earned cash. Thee rubbish and dont last long. Aso cheap hoses are false ecomony

I believe you can purchase a Hozelock flexible expandable hose which we saw at a Wyevale Garden Centre which appears to carry a 3 year guarantee. It was about £50 and came in 3 lenghts Also an Xhose from Argos which has a 1 year guarantee. We brought a "cheapy" off E Bay for £10 it lasted just over a year.
