CEL Court Claim - Assistance please

Simple. No need to attach it. You can serve it with your witness statement in due course.

I would (if you have not done so already) send a copy of that letter to the Claimant. I suggest that you do so accompanied by a letter to the Claimant inviting them to discontinue.

If the claim proceeds come back and I'll walk you through the notice if contribution which is, in effect, formal notice to fusion that you're expecting them to pick up the tab were you to lose.

As Coupon-Mad says, I'd be disappointed if we can't head this off first though.

Well guys...... I've submiited my defence via email & it has been acknowledged on the CCBC website so I wasnt actually then going to mail a hard copy - thoughts on this anyone? Do I still need to do this?
I'll keep you all posted on the outcome of my defence & want to send a BIG thank you to you all for your helpful advice! )

Hi Guys
Just to confirm that the following is appearing on the HM Court & Tribunal website:

'Notification that the claim against you was discontinued was received on 05/07/2017 at 19:18:27'

As I have heard nothing else from CEL - I am assuming that this is now all finished..

Does anyone agree?
