Is this rhubarb?

Does anyone know if this is rhubarb? I've looked at photos on Google but still can't tell!

Leaves are slightly furry if that helps!

    burdock maybe ?
underside of leaf is furry and a hollow stem (rhubarb is solid stem and not furry)

i certainly wouldn't risk eating it

A member of the mallow family. You'll get flowers, probably purple or pink.

Looks like a mallow to me. Can you post a pic of the flowers when they open?

They're very pretty, and bees love them.

It could be a Hollyhock. Interesting to find out once it flowers :)
  • Thanks guys! This is my first garden so not quite figured everything out yet!

Will come back and post photos when it's flowered.
