No gas supplier. Help!!!
Hi guys
We moved into our flat beginning of March and tried setting up our gas electric and water. I was working a lot so my girlfriend did it all for us. She was under the impression that the gas and electric were under the same supplier but we got our bill through for just the electric!! We have no bills so no MPRN number and they can't find the flat so no company will provide us a contract. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort this out but it just seems like no one wants to take our money or give us any answers!! What can we do as I feel lost and I don't want to get in trouble as I've just raised my credit score!! Any help please guys
