Anyone find HMRC basic PAYE tools slow to start up?

As the title says I have it on a few different computer and find the program every slow to load taking a min or more, the newest computer is only over a year old.
I have disabled automatic backup on the program as I felt it may be slowing it down, but makes no difference.
Anyone else with same view that its a slow program to load?
