    A FENSA cert which we can see ourselves the property has and can see 12 June 2017 was asked for / ordered... And something about Local Authority Act and if a order in effect still and if not remove it from register... :(

    Is your soliitor waiting for these on your behalf, or on behalf of your mortgage lender.

    If you, simply instruct him to proceed without them if you wish.

    If the lender, nothing you can do.

    See if they'll accept an indemnity policy instead of the FENSA certificate. Mine did.

    In the absence of the owner. Who would you expect to know all the answers to complete the form? Also allow them some leeway to obtain whatever they can.
