according to our solicitor is it his lawyers taking ages (seems to be semi true took 3 weeks to reply and fill out replies and then not fill them out completely

In the absence of the owner. Who would you expect to know all the answers to complete the form? Also allow them some leeway to obtain whatever they can.0
