How do you fit a lampshade over energy saver bulbs

I've just moved into a house with G24Q-1 lights. They're the four pin bulbs that just push in. But I can't work out how I would fit a lampshade on them.
I know I need to get a shade with a wider fitting but can't see how to take them apart like my old fittings.
Please help!

Same way you would a normal pendant.
Remove lamp, unscrew cone or ring, insert lampshade, refit cone/ring, refit lamp.
I believe the g24q pendants tend to have a sort of knurled locking ring that comes off rather than a cone like traditional pendants.0
