Return request approved item not been sent back after 30days

Hi
Not sure if I asked this before I can't find it on my previous postings.

I agreed a return on 10/5/17. Nothing from the buyer, no comms, item not even been despatched.
If I ask ebay to get involved what happens will they close it in my favour. Just want it closed as looks like the buyer not returning.

If you check the date on your email from Ebay it will give a latest return date which from memory is 35 days after case opened. You can apply to CS to escalate the case by telling them you accepted the return, the funds are held and the buyer hasn't returned within the timeframe, they will close the case in your favour (which has the benefit of removing or prohibiting any feedback) and releasing funds.

As above. I have had this happen a few times. One time buyer left negative instead of returning, this was removed after I escalated.

Many thanks. Ebay ruled it in my favour and shut the case in 10 mins!

The funny thing you should of seen the novel from the buyer in how he supposedly wasn't happy with the item first of all. Obviously not that much of a importance to him!

He was probably fine with the item and just trying his luck for a discount.
    A witty saying proves nothing
