Hello
I need advice on which type of car to look for. Must be able to fit an Electric Wheelchair folded in the boot - shopping etc.,
Grand children in car seats.
Our zafia will most likely be written off by the insurers next week.
We were hit in the boot by another car they have admitted liability told by garage £ 2.500 to repair- 15 years old had from new . We will not have the funds to purchase a new car- husband does not qualify for car mobility . He has attendance allowance higher rate.
Which make model should I be looking for any recommendations or vehicles to avoid - Only driven manuals.

budget £5000.
Sorry unsure what info needed?0 -
It really depends on how big a car you are looking for, either a Ford Mondeo or a Skoda Superb should have plenty of space inside and in the boot but they are both quite large cars, larger than I would want for city driving and parking.0

Get another Zafira- you know they work.0

Very difficult to recommend another vehicle based on the info given. But some options that spring to mind :
Another Zafira - as mentioned above, if you've had one before and like it, then why not ?
Any "ordinary" estate car - Ford, Skoda ( which is a VW with a cheaper badge ), perhaps look at some of the Kia's, Seat ( another VW in disguise ) ... these are all reasonably priced, fairly reliable, sensible money to maintain and run, and an estate version gives you the boot space you need without being overly large to deal with on a daily basis.0 -
Kia Ce'd sportswagon is worth a look0
