Eon RHT tariff hours?

I know this is a common question because the answer seems to vary, depending on where you live - but I'm aware the distribution of my RHT hours (labelled as 14.5 on the meter) has changed: where I had a block of about 3.5 hours, then a large block overnight, I now seem to have 2 x 1.5 hours during the day with a gap in between but I can't identify the night phase. Is there any way I can contact Malc or Helena privately, with more detail about my location (other than Manchester!) so that you might be able to find out the exact hours for me? I'm about to put my flat on sale and am sure to be asked exactly which hours the RHT operates. Thanks.

You're right about the differences with these times depending on where you live. The type and make of meter fitted is also important. This will all be on your account. Please let me have the account number and full postal address including the post code. I'll sort it from there.
