PC Doctor ??!!

To anyone who has windows 10 ..
Can you tell me, inside the Program Data folder (hidden by default) do you have a folder called PC doctor ??
I was alarmed to see this on one of our users machines, then checked another and another and it's there on them all !!
Only thing i can think is that this must be included in the windows 10 build as the users certainly havent installed it (they cant).
Interestingly, it doesnt show up in start menu or even programs and features.
I cant find anything in google about it being supossed to be there
Anybody else got it ?
(Im currently running the usual malware scans obviously)

I'm still on the anniversary update on the W10 machine I have to hand but no PC Doctor folder in the root of ProgramData

Yes, my Dell PC has two folders: 'PC-Doctor for Windows' and 'PC-Doctor, Inc'. AFAIK it's something to do with this:
