Hi we are wanting to add an extra bedroom to our new home, which has everest windows and doors fitted. There is a coloured pattern on the existing windows and we are wanting to purchase one extra matching window.... can any of you advise how please without having to have a salesman call?

Do you have the original invoice (passed to you or left for you by the vendor)? If so, just phone the supplier and ask them.0

I'm not sure if Everest manufacture their own stuff, but glass is usually made by a handful of manufacturers (and the frames too). Try a few local firms and see if they can source it. Got to be worth a go before getting an Everest salesman round who will outstay his welcome trying to flog you new windows.0

Have you asked your builder if he can match them?0

Do you mean a coloured pattern on the glass, or on the actual frames (like a brown wood effect?).
If it is the glass, then as TheCyclingProgrammer suggests, a local glass supplier would be my first try. They would be able to make up sealed units to fit in frames made by other suppliers and unless the pattern is complex should be able to help you match it.
Patterned frames would be harder as to get a match you'd need to find the exact material used originally and also bear in mind there will have been some fading since installation.
It is unlikely a builder will be much help other than suggesting suppliers. All they would do is to go to the local supplier they usually use and add their own costs onto your bill - you may as well cut out the middleman. But if you are happy to let them handle the whole extension job then it probably won't make much difference."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
Woodgrain texture to upvc profiles has been around for years. I am guessing this is what OP is referring to. Being pragmatic, nobody is going to try and match this texture - when you view it from say 1 metre away you will not spot the difference from one profile manufacturer to another.
So if the windows are white, or cream, or grey, or whatever textured colour just match this to what is available from the major profile manufacturers. Duraflex would be a starting point here - look at what is available and does it meet your requirements?
To edit an afterthought - open your existing windows and doors and the profile manufacturer is likely to be ink jetted on the closing side. If so, simply contact them for current colours and texture.0
