Hi,
I'm looking at replacing a very old very smelly (no idea why) ensuite bathroom. It's only small and consists of a toilet, sink and. Shower. Any idea on a ball park figure for a plumber replacing it?

It's really hard to assess anything, but if it is smelly then I should think that there is a leak from somewhere (or someone :rotfl:)
A bathroom is a proper building job, not simply a plumbing one. To completely strip out and re-do a bathroom properly with the correct preparation to last, decent fittings and full tiling takes considerable care and time. I would start at about £4,500.
No doubt people have different ideas.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Were you live will affect the price I guess, I'm in the midlands, had my ensuite refurbed a few years ago, we provided the tiles / new toilet / sink etc, cost was close to £3k.0
