I try not to defrost stuff in the microwave if I can help it... If I remember I'll get something out of the freezer before leaving for work so it's defrosted for when I get home.
Chicken breasts defrosted in a microwave are a nightmare, they always start cooking even though I keep a close eye on them...0 -
Defrosting "naturally" is best, but if you forget to get it out of the freezer, using the microwave is OK.
I always forget and have to mildly "zap" it, and nothing has happened to me yet ... <thud>The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

i try to take food out before work to defrost natrually (in summer i try to defrost in fridge) i refuse to defrost in microwave - just spending extra money and takes so long on defrost setting!!- i dont have as many issues with meat items as i am veggie but i am v. carefull if defrosting meat for visitorsDogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0
