Viagogo tickets not delivered by UPS

Hi, I ordered a couple of tickets for Robbie Williams tomorrow in London from Viagogo, they haven't turned up yet. I've been tracking them all week in UPS and they've toured the country via Wales and Staffordshire and have gone back to my local depot in Newhaven for a second visit. UPS will not help and say they must now be presumed lost as they haven't been scanned for over 24 hours by their systems and advise me to ask Viagogo to make a claim.

Apparently I can't make a claim as the receiver, only the shipper can claim.

Knowing Viagogo's somewhat tarnished customer service reputation does anyone have any advice how to go about his to reclaim the cost? They were purchased on credit card so is my credit card company also liable as goods weren't supplied to me?

I am assuming the tickets will not show up now and even if they do will be too late to travel etc.
