Does anyone know where I could find an Annoy-a-Tron?

I read about it in a recent computer mag (PC Format I think), but can't find anywhere local to buy one.
I've found reviews of it:

The price is only $9.99 but the delivery charges are extortionate.

Also does anyone have one? What are they like? They 'sound' (no pun intended) like great fun...lol...

They sound pathetic to me... $9.99 for a beeper with no real purpose? I can see the game wearing thin very quickly indeed.

Why would you want to annoy your friends / colleagues / family? Will it endear you to them?

I don't know, and I don't care, but I DO wish a certain colleague had never bought one to annoy our team leader at work. Team leader: blissfully unaware of the annoy-a-tron. Everyone else: going slowly insane with the irritating beep.

The two sounds that I have heard are a high-pitched, difficult to locate noise and a beep that sounds like a PC encountering an error.

I can't understand why these are legal, but mobile-phone blockers aren't. I'd love to enable one on the bus home from work when 16-year slapper McChav starts gassing about her sex life for the whole bus to hear.
The world needs more silence!
