Royal Mail click and drop

I took the plunge and ordered the zebra printer and have signed up for click and drop. I am waiting for my OBA to be linked so I can't use it yet but have just watched a tutorial on you tube and it said Amazon isn't linked. Is this correct ? I have linked my Amazon account and thought it would pull the orders across
Can I run click and drop and my ppi account together ?
Sorry for so many questions, I'm just trying to work out the best way to run it. Click and drop seems to be best for my parcels, but letters and large letters may be better through my ppi account.

Shame they don't tell you that before you pay £180 for the printer ! I assume they are working on it ?
It looks like I will still have to use my PPI account then. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

If you sign up for DMO you can manually input your Amazon orders in and print out on the Zebra. I don't use C&D so can't comment on if there is a way to manually add an order.0 -
My click and drop has bern linked to my OBA and today my Amazon orders have gone across
Will have a go at printing my labels tomorrowYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Still not used it as my sorting office have no idea what it is, or what they have to do
Can anyone please tell me what I do. ? I can print the labels and the end of day order, but do I hand the paperwork to them and what are they supposed to do with it ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

If you are using OBA with click and drop as I am then no one knows what to do with it. Every single PO and mail centre I have used has a different method of accepting it, if you phone the dedicated RM team they are not sure either.
I bag mine using PPI labels, I don't put anything apart from the parcels in the sacks. I split 1st and 2nd class, letters/large letters and parcels plus International. Signed for gets handed over the counter unbagged and just with two copies of the manifest, one for me and one for them.
I use my mail centre mostly, they have cages where I drop my bags directly, the only ones they take over the counter are International. Some employees just stamp my copy of the manifest and don't want their own copy, some say I have no need to have my manifest stamped, and some refuse their own copies as they say they are not needed.
The Crown PO which I no longer use as they won't take the mail, used to change their mind every day, mostly they wanted a copy of the manifest pushed into the neck with the cable tie, sometimes they wanted a second copy for themselves- they mainly refused to stamp my copy at all.
My local PO will take the bags and stamp my manifest, they sometimes refuse a copy of the manifest for themselves.
Despite all this, it seems to work.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. What a nightmare! My next move was from franking to OBA but it sounds very hit and miss.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

Printing labels is a doddle (once I got the printer settings sorted). Just git to work out how to generate the order. Off to you tube againYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
I take my parcels to our local sorting office with a printed copy of the manifest. They just sign and date it and hand it back.
Since I use click and drop for parcels and large letters I have only had one case open for not recieved. And that was yesturday. I used to get at least one or two a week when I was using stamps or a oba label. I think there is a diff in price .I can't remember .???
You can manually put in addresses. With the create an order tab I do it with Etsy orders. I have sold on Amazon in the past. So need to sit down and work out which products are worth me listing on there.Work to live= not live to work0
