    Ha. I might thinking of emigrating to Canada :)

    Personally I don plan to get a properties now, because I am single. All I need is a place to sleep and change, hence renting a room in a share house work out much cheaper for me at least.

    Even though I think some people might argue that rent is something you pay out and be gone forever. Whilst if you were buying a house via taking out a mortgage, you know that every month you are paying a brick here and there in you house.

    It will be always controversial about whether to buy or not to, we are live differently and our circumstances different as well.
