TERMS

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant; and the fourcompanies listed below. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The fourholidays will be individually hosted by the following four separate companies throughout Britain:

Lakelovers
Lake District Cottages Lake District
Scott’s Castles Scotland
Brecon Beacons Holiday Cottages Wales
Toad Hall Cottages SouthWest

Entrants must either be able to take holidays in all of these locations within the 4 year period; or forfeit one or more of the stays (more than one holiday cannot be taken with the same agent).
•
All 5 holidays must be taken between start date 2017 and end date 2022, subject to availability of each of the 4companies hosting.
•
The winner will be able to choose any available 3 night weekend break outside peak school holiday dates, including bank holidays.
•
Max spend for each holiday cottage is £500. Entrants may pay extra if they wish to rent a more expensive property, where applicable.
•
The property is being offered on a self catering basis and the standard booking conditions will
apply.
•
Linen, towels, electricity and heating included within the rentals.
•
This offer is restricted to a maximum occupancy of 6 adults (or a composition of adults and children of up to 6persons in total based on the suitability of the accommodation on offer).
•
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is nontransferable. There is no cash alternative.
•
The winner must adhere to the to the good housekeeping conditions of the tenancy and pay the owner a fully refundable good housekeeping bond on arrival
, where applicable.
•
Entrants agree to the use of their name, town and county location in the event they are chosen as the winner.
•
The winner may be announced on all fourcompany’s social media platforms, website, email newsletters and other promotional material.
•
Staff, family and friends of all four companies are not eligible to enter.
•
No other costs are included in the prize and the winners will need to make their own travel arrangements.
•
Entrants must be 18 or over to enter
•
Only one entry per household.
(we will not accept automated entries).
By providing personally identifiable information when entering this free prize draw, the four companies may use it to provide you with ongoing information about their products and services.

You may receive email news letters fromall fourcompanies from time to time;
although you can unsubscribe atany time, if you wish to do so. No one from
these four companies will rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals.

The draw will be made by

. The winner will be notified by email straight away.
The winner will be drawn by Lakelovers Holiday cottages, from the database of emails collected.

The winner may also be announced on social media platforms, website, email
newsletters and other promotional material.
•
If contact cannot be made with the winner within 14 days of the draw date; or if the winner informs us that they are unable to attend any holidays in the five year period,the prize will be forfeited and a further random draw will be made.
•
Non of the above companies assume any responsibility for possible fraud committed by a
contestant; and reserve the right to remove or disqualify any entry at any time,
at their discretion.

All four companies, as listed above, reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, at their discretion, and without notice. Although all steps will be taken to avoid doing so.
•
Lakelovers, under the advice of the other four companies,reserves the right to terminate this competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
All fourcompanies reserve the right to terminate their own holiday segment* of the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
•
In the unlikely event that one of the four companies above pulls out, the subsequent holiday will be covered by one of the remaining companies
if they are able. If no company is able to cover this holiday segment, then all companies reserve the right to terminate said holiday segment.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition must be directed to Lakelovers.
*segment refers to one of the fourholidays (there are fourholiday segments in total).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
