Just had an e-mail re the EnergyHelpline Collective.

First time for ages there has been some green in the savings figures. :eek:

SSE can save me £24 on gas only but with a £30 exit fee. It looks like gas prices may be slipping a bit so I will hold off on that.

Electric & dual fuel tariffs are still stupidly high though.

It also appears that EnergyHelpline are defaulting away from the OFGEM mandated savings. :T

    The EHC miscalculated my current npower electricity tariff's standing charges which inflated the so called savings. When done correctly, like your results there would be no savings after paying exit fees.
