UKPC parking charge on a COMPANY VEHICLE - I am not the owner

And he's panicking. Doesn't look good to the work place he just retired from.
Nothing to worry about, not at all. This is a scam and he's fighting it, and people here win. And if he responds giving his address and confirming he is the lessee/hirer, that hooks all the PCNs away from Ford, with is VITAL. They will then not receive any more letters. So do I write to them (from him) and say he's the leasee just so they leave the company out of the loop?
You got it, yes, but make it robust, as shown before. And it's not ''leasee'', it's 'lessee/hirer' (deliberately include 'hirer' as well as 'lessee' because that brings it under the somewhat complicated (for a PPC - tough!) POFA requirements for a Notice to Hirer, which they have/will fail to meet).but the other one I already appealed and so they are addressing me as they know it's my space and that's how I argued
I would try to bring ALL of them under the same umbrella, and hope the debt collector updates the name and address to HIM in every case. Because he can't be liable and that's the strongest position to fight this from. So I would email with all of the PCN numbers along the subject line and specifically demand (in Dad's name) that they update their data with his name and address as hirer/lessee and tell them to inform the client NOT to contact Ford again, or he will complain to the Information Commissioner, the BPA, the DVLA and Trading Standards.
It would be great if they then update all of them to his name, and forget that you appealed...they are that stupid...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok so I have sent the email to DRP asking them to update the hirer/lesee name and address to my Dad's details, and they have sent me two different email replies:
-one email is with a subject of one of the registration numbers and says that they cannot give any information about the matter without written consent of the named individual or company on the accounts to which the parking charge notice relates. They then ask that if I want to deal with this matter on their behalf (i.e. Ford Motor Co.), I need to ask Ford to send their details and my details and what I can or can't discuss with them.
-the second email has a subject of one of the parking references and says that the time to challenge the charge has now expired and as I failed to update the driver/hirers name within the stipulated time frame, the liability now rests with the registered keeper of the vehicle. And then continues to point out that £160 is due and needs to be paid by 10/7/17. If not paid they will recommended that their client (UKPC) take the registered keeper (I assume they mean Ford Motor Co.) to court.
I don't understand why I have had two different emails with different replies, yet I sent one email mentioning all 3 PCNs that were on two different registrations, but all through Ford Motor Co.
I don't know what to do next, they're trying to stump me with bulls**t. If they continue to harass Ford I am concerned that they will pay and then charge it forward to my Dad...0 -
Dear Ford Motor Co.,
I have tried to contact the company sending letters regarding PCN reference XXXXX to advise them that I was the lessee/hirer at the time in question, but they won't accept any correspondence from myself. Therefore please notify the company of the pertinent lessee/hirer details (as is your right under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, Schedule 4, and as per the BVRLA memorandum of understanding). This will remove any liability from yourself and should make the company in question direct all future correspondence to myself.
Yours faithfully,0 -
Thank you. I have emailed Ford. So do I just ignore DRP's response? They really don't have a clue do they!0

Just noticed I had a typo - POFA came into force in 2012 not 2010.0
