Hi guys,
I'm after recommendations? Just spent £500 on a new handset and I need cover... the MSE info on the matter only gives one provider. Some personal experiences would be nice
Once had phone insurance through my bank, Lloyds, and it was appalling! Phone got damaged and they said it could take up to 3 months to get sorted (without looking at it!) and in the meantime I'd have to make my own arrangements for getting a spare handset. Didn't bother in the end and then cancelled the policy at the next available opportunity. Wouldn't want a repeat of that again!
