neighbour altered drainpipe to our house. Is it allowed????

Thanks t r. im considering leaving about 6 inches between my stopper and the dragon next doors stopper(quite within my rights to do so) so that she has a shortfall of guttering as SHE wanted it splitting, just so that my guttering finishes on my boundray so then she can have a lovely fountain of water down her wall too!!!

Finally got the guttering sorted out (at our expense!!) but now the dozy womans fence panel has blown down which is her boundray and she wont put it back up.All she does all day is stare and intimidate the kids and she has been caught taking photos of them from in her house. What can i do!!:mad:

Bodge the fence panel back up?

"Borrow" a dog so that it escapes into her garden to do its business?

Get your kids to pull faces at her....lol

Tell the local rag a wierdo is photgraphing kids and wait for the villagers with torches and pitchforks tuning up.

Do all off them in reverse order then finally put the fence panel back up.

If she complains about putting the fence panel up.(You just need to make sure it's safe it doesn't have to be put up properly.) Knock it down and I'm sure an adult on this board will be happy to come over to your house and slip in her garden and sue her.

After all burglars can sue house owners if they injury themselves.

sounds just my weird neighbours...... fortunately i put a 6 ft fence up and now he is too short to see over...... (actually its a little higher than 6ft..... he he but not too much........ honest

Well speaking of fences, my husband is eventually going to put a fence up round about 6 ft or there abouts as tape measures can be wrong you know!! (hee...hee) as our garden is higher than hers so we may get some privacy. But i think she has lost her marbles so will think of something else to do. Sad woman

Tried the face pulling (i know its childish) and she takes photos (quite funny for us, but scary for the kids). My hubby really wants to moon at her but told him no!:rolleyes: We have a dog who wont go near her garden as he is scared she may turn him into a flying monkey!!:eek:
My neighbour has offered me her dogs poo to throw over but she would probably have it dna tested. So the only alternative is to put a botched up job on the fence. Anyone got on one side (for her side)either a lime green or fushia pink bit of wood 6*6. Alternatively some bailiffs to move her sad !!!! out.

we had a terrible time with our neighbours, and our extention, its just being finished now, after 2 yrs of fighting and appeals to housing minister. but i have thought long and hard and decieded to stay, plant trees ( protected species , and ignor them, they hve removed their drain pipe and i reieve the flow from both roofs, i take that now as a plus, with rainfall what it is, i have bought a huge water butt, in ten years or so they will probably slip up somewhere, and i will be here to watch,
im watching every ilegal move, every building reg they break, every verge damage, every hot tub party will be observed by kids ,myself and the bird watch cameras, they will wish they had never ever messed with my family.
oh and yes i am sad, but i never forget.
