eBay - item returned, no refund/replacement

Hi all,
Looking for a bit of advice on what my best course of action would be for the following. I'll summarise below the timeline of events;
Purchased 2x Godox camera flashes in September & October on eBay last year - business seller, state UK based, 12 month warranty. In April, I purchased a replacement camera (not a new model - listed as compatible on ad/Godox website) and the flashes were not working correctly. Contacted Godox who advised these were from an old faulty batch, and needed replacing (to be clear, Godox has no direct UK presence - just eBay resellers popping up). Got in contact with the seller - asked for me to return to China and they'll send replacements (refused as ad listed item was UK based). Eventually got the UK address, and returned there (shipped insured via DPD, kept proof of shipping and signature - there is no debate they arrived).
Since then, I've been waiting 4+ weeks, and the replacements haven't been sent as promised - internal delays, moving address, and the most recent is an issue with shipping - however the tracking reference they're trying to give me is one of the original ones from 2016.
eBay won't get help because they "don't get involved with warranty issues like this", PayPal won't help because it's outside of their 180 day window, and there is no card supplier to fall back on as I used funds that were sat in my PayPal account.
Recommended course of action? Should I push eBay further for help, or is it a lost cause?

welcome to the forum.
You'd be better posting this on the eBay board.
So have you tried ringing ebay and telling them that these goods were faulty when sold , i.e. They shouldn't have been sold at all? You will need email from Godoy stating this.0 -

That won't make any difference, the ebay time limits are absolute and OP is well out of time.
OP does have the option of small claims, but ebay and paypal will no longer be interested.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Problem I have with small claims, is it looks like a Chinese registered company - I can't find a British entity.0

If you bought from a Chinese company then I agree your very limited with U.K. Law.
Have you Looked up the businesses associated with the UK address you returned the items to?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
