OH is today unable to collect virgin net emails.
When she tied it said "fix my account" and nothing happened. She has tried logging in using all known passwords.
When she goes to "Forgotton password she enters her user name then it asks security questions - mother maiden name and DOB on entering it said enter valid security questions.
What do we do now?
Does anyone have a contact tel. number for virgin email help?

Do you pay for the email? If not then maybe they have pulled the plug on the account.0 -
If this is post contract, then the account is deleted 90 days after the contract ends. I went through the cancellation process last month and they advised me that the email account access would go at that point.
Is that what happened here?
Other posts on here suggest that some people continue to have access after the 90 days, but it is certainly not guaranteed.0 -

Have you tried using google? That's where I found the CS number. A bit more specific query using the seach term virgin media email comes up with https://my.virginmedia.com/customer-news/articles/virginmediamail.html near the top of the results.
There is some stuff there worth reading about suspended accounts and another phone number at the bottom - 0800 519 6986.0 -
ERRR this is supposed to be secret, so everyone, apart from the OP please close your eyes.

Roll the dice during a normal UK business day, and you can get the help centre in South Wales, not always but mostly I have.
AAND they are good, the other possibility is the 'helldesk' where "can i help you with anything else" after totally failing to comprehend the problem, and suggesting a router reboot. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
