It implies who the driver is. I'd remove that part and complain to PALS (hospital department) who can get it cancelled.

Then just send the appeal text from the newbies thread, as is.

Thanks Herzlos! I'd already spoken to PALS and the parking department. They ask that I lodge the appeal then send them a copy so I was conflicted about the amount of info I'm willing to give Gemini.

Positive Update!

The Hospital has cancelled the PCN.
I've received confirmation emails from both, less than 24hours of lodging my appeal.

Thank you for your help and insisting on contacting the hospital.
