    Hi Guys,

I'm most definitely not ignoring your advice and I will be contacting the people you have detailed to complain however my main concern at the moment is getting the parking fine squashed and therefore checking to see if my appeal to popla is adequate.

    Thanks

But can't you see that a complaint to David Dunford could well see the charge dropped and you not having to appeal to POPLA. But your reluctance to follow solid, potentially winning advice, has wasted over 2 weeks, in which time this could have been successfully sorted for you.

When is your POPLA deadline (and please don't take days to reply!)?

Apologise, I've been really busy with work... I'm more than happy to contact David Dunford if it means my fine being squashed. Does anyone have his contact address and email ?

    Thanks

I gave you it on a plate in post #10. (Thank you KeithP on this one too).

Please read post #10 by me and post #14 by Coupon-mad to understand what it is you're complaining about.

You've got a few more days than I was guessing for your POPLA appeal to be submitted, but don't down tools on it, in case DD's response is delayed. I'm not guaranteeing your charge (it's not a fine!!) will be quashed (not squashed!!) by writing to DD, but it gives you a further opportunity of it being sorted. You must not miss your POPLA deadline.

    Ok guys.

I've now emailed David Dunford to report NCP for their misleading information.

I'm going to appeal to POPLA just before my deadline, would you say the appeal i posted in a earlier post is suitable?

    Thanks

I would suggest you instead use the more detailed templates in the NEWBIES thread post #3
