Gotcha , all the terms and accronyms can be confusing.

An SAR is basically exactly what you want by the sounds of it, and not an SOA ;)

To be fair, ZX81 is a 36 year old computer that runs BASIC, thus only responds to strict commands after all :p

OP why waste a tenner on a SAR?
Just look at the statements you were given whilst you had loans outstanding with them - you did save them somewhere did you not?

If this SOA is regarding a complaint you can try emailing customer.relations@paydaycontact.co.uk if you havent already done so. They managed to reply back to me within 2 weeks with a final response letter.

Its also worth checking 'debt camel' in google to help regarding complaint templates for payday loans.

I disagreed with their decision and I have now taken my complaint to the financial ombudsman.

Dont bother with a SAR. They do send a SOA when asked.

I think this is the response you was hoping for. Hope it helps.

    You disagreed with WHAT DECISION??

If you currently owe them money (even if you are disputing it) then a SOA will surely be sent out...

If you do not currently owe them money then your situation is similar to OPs.

You need to clarify what your situation relates to before you advise that "They do send a SOA when asked."
