Council made mistake and they gave details of landlord instead of landowner, now i need to contact land registry office to get this information. Parking Eye are not dealing with any queries over the email, can someone give some suggestions what to write in the letter please thank you0

What did you say to the landowner who responded with the nothing to do with us contact parking eye response? From the Plain Language Commission:

Ok letter is gonna be sorted by solicitor, what about pcn when appeal was made on 21.04 and Parking Eye still haven't replied to it, can i ignore this now?0

Unless the solicitor knows all the ins and outs of private parking, herring a solicitor involved often goes wrong for the victim.Ok letter is gonna be sorted by solicitor
Again what did you say when you contacted the landowner? From the Plain Language Commission:

Told them that i went to visit my family 3 times in 2 week's period and through this 2 week's Parking Eye system hasn't been working and beacuse of that I've got 3 pcn from Parking Eye, made appeal to all 3, one was cancelled one unsuccessful and one appeal was made on 21.04 and 2 months later still no answer from them. Their answer was... We can't do anything about it...0

Oh please don't send a LETTER to ParkingEye, no-one said (or ever says) to post a letter. That's the way for them to ignore it or lose it. Waste of time to get a solicitor to write the letter unless they understand the issues (not being funny, most would not). Step away from the post box, please.
And my post #6 told you exactly what to email...I wrote it for you to copy/adapt into the first person, it would have taken minutes. I gave you the email address and 3 paragraphs of what to put.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all
Is this email would looks good
Dear Parking Eye
Following an unfair decision againts PCN ****** I'm going to report Parking Eye to the BPA and Trading Standards for pursuing me when the machines were not functioning, and for not responding to an appeal against PCN ****** and not cancelling the PCNs, even Parking Eye know the machine was broken.
This is clearly not my fault, not the driver's fault, and a resident or visitor can hardly disappear and ''not park'' - it's not a choice if someone live there or have legitimate business to visit a resident, family or friends! This is clearly a case of a frustration of contract, and not a situation where a consumer can be subject to a charge, having made 'reasonable endeavours' to find a machine that was working.
A broken machine is not my responsibility. As there was only one available machine which was out of order Parking Eye need to cancel the PCNs, not to farm them to their 'Equita' arm to harass me, and if Parking Eye think they have a case re the first PCN Parking Eye must issue a LBCCC and proceed to court to determine the matter fairly, which POPLA clearly did not. But it's clear that both PCNs should be cancelled, and I'll give you a chance to do so, within 14 days, before i report your conduct to the BPA and to Trading Standards0 -
