Success - Package bank account

I am delighted with the help and advise from this website I have managed to claim back all of my account fees for my package bank account over the last 10+ years!!
I was mis sold my Premier account with Lloyds and previous to this my Platinum and Gold account.
I submitted my complaint on a Friday, had a call from them that same night. By the following Monday I was told that they agreed my package was mis sold and they would be sending me £4,400. Absolutely thrilled!

Well done to you. My reclaim has been going on since April I have received a cheque for £11 so far how can they send me one month fee less tax so I am still fighting Barclays. I have also sent a letter about PPI and they have written back with a policy number so I am still hopeful.0
