as for the shaggy reference , I too thought it was scooby doo !! lol
but then my tastes are motown , northern soul and soul , firmly rooted back in the sixties and seventies with a few newer ones thrown in

and its time MARCUS WOTSIT sorted out this credit clamping CCJ cr*p that the P.M. told him to sort out some 6 months ago (like J and CM have alluded to in their replies, plus its time JAVID and the DCLG sorted out the consumer survey and parking company shake up that was promised before 2020 in the 2015 con manifesto - so like diana ross sang , "I`m Still Waiting")0 -
