Comments

  • Hi.
I got a parking charge from CP Plus. apparently my vehicle was recorded for parking on St peters main which is a retail parking place according to them On the 22th of June. I was stayed for 1 hrs 07 mins instead of the 45 mins They have picture from my car. They will charge me £100 plus £40 for something else if I not pay within 14 days the notice day. The letter is from 02 July 2019. My problem is that I was in holidays from the 25th June until 26th July. So What can I do?
. Please i need some advice as I refuse to pay
    Thanks for your time

You need to do two things. First read the thread at the top of this board that tells Newbies to read it first.

After you've done that start your own thread for bespoke advice.
