Well I've started looking this morning. L&G who were my first point of call don't want to know as it's been empty for a year (probate). They aren't bothered about the underpinning as it was more than 15 years ago.Make £2025 in 2025

Just thought I'd let people know what happened with me - paperwork didn't materialise, lender didn't want to lend so it was enough to put us off rather than seek a different lender. Back to the house hunting for us!0
