Bosch Washing Machine Bearings Fail

We had a new drum fitted as the drum bearings were failing a few weeks outside the 2 year warranty in Dec 2015. I had a big fight with Bosch but its a known problem that the Indian made seal fail and allow water/soap into the polish made bearing.

They replaced the whole drum as not only do they cunningly not design these to be reliable they also make the bearings un-replaceable.

Guess what...? The bearings are noisy and rumbling again in June 2017. This is quite absurd. Our last Bosch washing machine lasted 14 years with no issues - which is why we bought Bosch again.

Looks like they use cheap components now or poor design - be warned...

I wonder if they will do the right thing? If not is there a way I can challenge them as a washing machine should last far longer than this - it is NOT an unfair expectation surely?
