Despite their clear statement as to why they want the card details? OK, so you'll have to pay circa £2 for each by postal order and obtain via post instead.

oh and i cant use experian because i dont have a passport

ok ive joined the mse club one and can now see some info about who i owe money to. unbelievably there are only two creditors on there. Eurodebt have been taking money for a few more. Need to check hubbys debts later to get a fuller picture.
