Hey I have had the same issue in London, with one of locksmith companies, I did not know that they had extra charges, so it was tricky. Then I have found AZ Locksmith company that has a flat prices and they serviced me really well. Generally some companies do that, some not. Depends which locksmith you choose to be serviced, but be careful while reading info about their services.
