Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 for detailed advice from small claims court experts.
Please don't hijack other posters' threads.
Please start your own thread if you need other advice, but after you've read and assimilated the above sticky. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks, I will take a look. Does this suggest these cowboys are serious about attending court?

OK,one last question, as the paperwork is unclear: when I fill in my DQ form do I need to send copies to CEL? Can this be done via the MCOL site or is this old fashioned snail mail? The court have sent me a Directions Questionnaire in the post, but it says at the bottom the DQ can be downloaded at hmctformfinder etc. Is this just for a repeat DQ form so I can send it out to CEL? Also, I haven't gt an address for CEL on the Notice of Proposed Allocation form, only the earlier claim form, which cites an address in Liverpool. Is it this address I send it to, and if so, does it need to be registered/signed for as they could say I never sent it them?0

Ok, thanks for advice, but where is the email address for CEL? I only have a postal address in Liverpool.0

OK, I have found this: office@ce-service.co.uk. Now I am wondering if I can email the court their docs rather than snail mail!0
