Hi all

I was looking on jd sports app and saw a pair of trainers for £5. I added them to my basket but seen despite showing £5 as the price the order had gone to £10. No delivery charge due to click and collect and definitely ordered only one. I ordered it because things are getting snapped up quick.

Am I entitled to the £5 back as that's not the price shown.

Thank you

You agreed to The £10, so no.

Click and collect does sometimes carry a charge. Did you check that?

It doesn't. Even though the price shown was £5 how can I not buy it for that

Have you got a link to the trainers you bought? Are they maybe priced from £5 and your chosen size is more expensive than some other sizes or possibly a different colour option?

Nope, the price you agreed to at checkout was £10 so thats how much you pay

Maybe it was £5 per shoe?

In all seriousness, you saw the price change to £10 & you paid, you accepted the terms of the contract which (in effect) said that they will give you a pair of shoes for £10.
