Car finance loan and PPI

We took out a car finance loan back in 2000 and I want to make a PPI claim on it - but I have no records of who the actual lender was. Is it possible for me to make a claim? The car vendor was Direct Cars of Eckington/Sheffield.

You have to complain to the car dealer who (if they are still trading) won't have been regulated until 2005 and can reject any complaint on that basis alone.
I doubt you'll get any further with this...0
