I have been charged nearly every month for the last year for being over my overdraft. Was wondering if someone could help me where to start reclaiming charges with tsb.
Thanks.
Thanks.

There is no possibility of "reclaiming charges" unless they have been improperly applied or if you can show that you are in the Bank's definition of financial hardship.
Understand that any refund, should it be granted, is done as a "goodwill" gesture and is typically only of charges during the last six months.
Are you in financial hardship, or just dipping over your overdraft?0 -

Why do you think you shouldn't be charged? Were the charges wrong?
