Hi

Has anyone had dealings with this company ?
Attended my home and after looking at government website about the energy obligation scheme thought they were ok. TheyTook details; photographed my tax credits award letter as proof of eligibility then despite being told I will hear next week nearly a month later . nothing. I was left a business card from the assessor and contacted him. He replied last week to say he would get onto it. But I'm worried now I've been scammed somehow

    Have you paid any money?

Have you given them your bank details?

    Hi
No I've not paid anything and my bank details have not been passed on. Only one for they have is my tax credits award letter which details dob and no number. I have today reconnected the assessor and missed a phone call later this morning whilst driving. So I'm remaining hopeful for now
  • Can you advise if you had any come back from ESI, have you details of who you originally went through.

Ive had no end of problems, I contacted the energy advice scheme, cant remember who I spoke to as all was done on phone, I too had someone round to do the assessment, but received no copy of any paperwork. ESI turned up in February 18 and replaced my boiler with a valiant one, but left a live wire underneath and no thermostat installed. Ive had Gas safe out to do a report, but they said ESI are no longer trading as a gas company so I'm stuck, tried EDF they said they cant help, citizens advice cant help as ive not paid out any money, just want to the job fixing and installing correctly at no cost to myself, really not sure where to go now.
