i am starting a new food stall but i need to invest

in equipment so i need to get a bit of cash to invest initially. it looks like as am not on electoral list at the mometn it could be a little bit of time before i can get a new 0% credit card. what other options are there for starting a business with little cash? bank loan and what would they require...business plan? do they require a guarantee?cant really ask parents.
