Partner has a CCJ on his credit report but never

knew about it until we looked at one of his credit report. it seems it is related to an issue with a car which he told them was off the road and in a garage not used but they said they never received the documents we sent them. they apparently sent him a letter to take him to court but this was never received at our end. We mentioned this to them but they do not seem to be bothered. WE have also noticed since that quite a lot of our mail has gone missing and this may also explain the reason that he never received a letter informing us that he was being taken to court over the car. any tips appreciated. thanks again for any help.
