Poi reclaiming tool

Have been using the ppi reclaiming tool through the this site, but on the drop down menu it dosnt show next store card so can't progress, any ideas please

You dont need a third party tool to handle your complaint. Put it in directly with the firm.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
